We want you to love your Liquid I.V. apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
